Because despite careful packaging and human effort, logistics occasionally behaves like a chaotic science experiment.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

— Damaged product received
— Wrong item delivered
— Product missing from the order
— Product received in unusable condition

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
— Order number
— Clear photos/videos of the package and product
— Description of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrance, incense, and household products, we do not accept returns for:

— Opened or used products
— Fragrance preference issues
— Minor packaging variations
— Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Apparently “I changed my mind after opening everything” is not a sustainable return system.

3. Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

— Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
— Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank

In some cases, we may provide:
— Replacement products
— Store credit
— Partial refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

5. Shipping Issues

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services and location.

Allblue Expo is not responsible for delays caused by:
— Courier partners
— Weather conditions
— Public holidays
— Incorrect address provided by the customer
